Refund & Return Policy

Thank you for shopping with PowerPlusTCG. We’re passionate about delivering quality collectibles and service you can trust. Please read our return and refund guidelines carefully before making your purchase.

Returns & Exchanges

If you are not completely satisfied with your order, you may request a return or exchange within 14 days of receiving the product.

To be eligible for a return:

  • Items must be unused, in original condition, and with original packaging

  • You must provide your order number and proof of purchase

  • Returns made after 15 days of delivery will not be accepted

All return requests are reviewed individually. We reserve the right to decline any return or refund after inspecting the item.

Items Not Eligible for Return

Please note that the following items cannot be returned or refunded:

  • Mystery products (Mystery Boxes / Mystery Packs)

  • Single cards (e.g. individual Pokémon cards or graded cards)

In some rare cases, we may review returns for these products at our discretion. If you have questions, feel free to reach out.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved, the refund will be issued to your original method of payment. Refunds typically take a few working days to process.
We may also offer store credit or a discount code — this is optional and up to you to accept.

🧾 Partial refunds may apply if the item is returned in a different condition or shows signs of handling not caused by us.

Sale Items

Only regular-priced items can be refunded. Discounted or sale items are final sale and are non-refundable.

Order Cancellations

Order cancellations (including pre-orders) may be subject to a cancellation fee to cover admin and transaction costs.

Shipping Your Return

  • Buyers are responsible for return postage

  • Original shipping costs are non-refundable

  • We highly recommend using a tracked shipping service

  • We are not responsible for returns lost in the post
