  • Most items on our site are sold as second-hand goods and may fall under the VAT Margin Scheme (0% VAT shown).

  • Upon request, we can provide VAT invoices for eligible items.

  • International orders shipped outside the UK are VAT zero-rated.

  • We do not take responsibility for how your accountant handles VAT on your end — consult a financial advisor for guidance.

6. Billing & Account Information

  • You may return items within 14 days of delivery, provided they are unused and in original condition.

  • Mystery products and single card sales are non-returnable.

  • All returns are subject to approval.

  • We may charge a small admin/restocking fee for non-faulty returns.

  • Shipping costs are non-refundable.

  • Pre-orders and confirmed items may be subject to a small cancellation fee to cover admin/transaction costs.
