PowerPlusTCG Shipping & Dispatch Policy

We take pride in getting your cards to you safely and quickly. Below you'll find full details on how we handle shipping, dispatch, pre-orders, and international orders.

1. Mainland UK Shipping Options (Royal Mail)

All orders are shipped from the UK and posted using Royal Mail services.
Delivery estimates are based on dispatch date, not purchase date.
We aim to dispatch all in-stock orders within 0–2 working days.

  • Estimated Delivery: 2–3 working days (Mon–Sat)

  • Dispatch time: 0–2 working days

  • Insurance coverage: up to £150

Royal Mail Special Delivery

  • Guaranteed Next Working Day Delivery (Mon–Sat)

  • Dispatch time: 0–1 working day

  • Insurance coverage: starts at £750 (can be increased by request)

This is the safest method for high-value orders. We recommend this for anything over £150.

The above delivery times are estimated from Royal Mail and are not guaranteed. Please contact us if you believe your parcel has been delayed.

2. Dispatch Timelines

  • We aim to dispatch all in-stock orders within 2 business days

  • Most orders go out same day or next working day (Mon–Fri, 9am–5pm)

  • Pre-order items will ship when stock arrives (see section below)

  • All items ship from the UK

3. Pre-Orders

  • Pre-order dispatch dates are listed in the item description.

  • If your order includes both in-stock and pre-order items, everything will ship together once the final pre-order item is in stock.
    To get in-stock items sooner, please order separately.

  • Want to split an order after checkout? Email us and we’ll help.

4. International Orders

  • We ship to 30+ countries

  • Dispatch: 1–2 business days

  • Delivery estimate: 4–10 business days

  • Customs/import charges: customers are responsible for any local duties, taxes, or refusal-related costs

Shipping rates for international orders are shown at checkout after you enter your address.

5. Incorrect Shipping Address

  • Please double-check your delivery address before confirming your order

  • If you realize there's a mistake, contact us ASAP — we may be able to fix it before dispatch

  • Returned orders due to incorrect address may incur return fees and redelivery costs

PowerPlusTCG is not responsible for orders shipped to wrong addresses due to customer input error.

6. Lost, Damaged, or Stolen Parcels

We are not liable for parcels marked as “delivered” but reported missing. Please report these to your local courier or post office.

If your order was shipped with Royal Mail Tracked and has gone missing:

  • Fill in the "Declaration of Non-Receipt" form

  • Contact us so we can submit a claim to Royal Mail

  • Claims can take up to 20 business days

Compensation Limits:

  • Tracked 24 & 48 = up to £150

  • Special Delivery = starts from £750, can be increased if needed

We’re happy to assist with Royal Mail claims where appropriate, but outcome is subject to their investigation.
